Who are we? 

My dad and I used to make beef jerky in our kitchen. I grew up always loving beef jerky but I was never able to find jerky at the store that I actually wanted to eat or tasted anything like the jerky I grew up with. I decided to start this business to bring my dad's traditional recipe, along with a few new ones we've created, to you and everyone else.  

What do you specialize in?

Outlaw Country. It's my dad's traditional family recipe. 

How is our jerky made?

Our jerky is made using only the finest ingredients using traditional methods, in a USDA licensed, inspected, and approved facility.
